When I lived in DC, I focused on promotional and production photos for professional theater, but have lately been more interested in personal projects. For me, a photograph should always have a sense of immediacy, causing the viewer to consider the moment, to imagine what just happened or to anticipate what is about to happen. I also try to add a voyeuristic element to many of my images... I like the tension between subject and viewer.
